![]() ![]() There seemed to be no hesitation on his side. However, he essentially said that they never have an issue and it must have been my fault. ![]() It looks like the model industry is undergoing a renaissance.I can understand that. I spoke to the gentleman who was working there who was very busy during covid. I wanted to share the modelling experience with my son We took it out only 3 times and looks like the ESC has gone. I bought a neo scorcher from Elite Models Online and at the time they were helpful, spending over £200. Can't leave a review on Google for some reason ![]() Elite models - i would change your name to ELITE INCOMPETENCE. So now I have no idea where my parcel is or when I'll get it. Phoned again they have changed the address now but no delivery the next day even though the currier came into the shop. No it took 3 days and they sent it to the billing address not the delivery address where guess what there was no one in. So you would think super speedy service again. Me being a shop keeper in these very hard times then spent said refund softening the blow to their costs. After half a day arguing over email and phone where they called me a liar until I offered cctv footage of the phone call and me threatening them with the consumer ombudsman they agreed to full refund. They recieved it back then tried to offer me half the postage. Phoned them they said send it back they'd refund the postage and send me the correct car. SUPER SPEEDY SERVICE but recieved a ford mustang. 8/8/22 still no reply to email so phone & spoke to somebody that told me that I had over discharged it but if I sent it back they would have a look & possibly send it to their supplier to check out! How would I know if battery has over discharged? I take the battery out as soon as LED on helicopter starts flashing! what more can I do? (No mention of this condition anywhere in manual!!) So potentially I could have 10 batteries & they could all go the same way in days! so now I have to pay to send faulty battery back then it might have to go somewhere else & then either I'll get told there is nothing wrong or get a replacement!! How about I just send the whole lot back & get a full refund & go buy one from a dealer that cares about their customers!!! I certainly wont be purchasing anything else from this company!!!! Not a good experience to say the least!!! Decided to purchase 2nd battery (from same company) to enable more time in the air as I am beginner regarding helicopters! 6/8/22 original battery will not charge, no red light on charger or battery so send email. Flew helicopter in total about 1 hour since purchasing & was very pleased.
